Haunted House 2010!

All over ET we have wonderful contests for the Halloween (Samhain) spirit! There are costume making, poems, stories, drawings and so on...but I don't see any haunted house wikis...

So here we are! This contest is open to all, just follow the rules and we will vote via poll.

I want to have haunted house photos! No manipulations, drawings or paintings please. I want to see what you've done to your house for the holiday!

Rules:
I shouldn't have to say not to steal houses. But just to be sure, take at least one picture of your house as is and one with a blanket in it. You can enter a picture of your house (or a collage) as a whole, one room or however you wish.

I'll divvy the polls into the categories of:

*most creative
*best creepy
*best gore
*the cutest
*trick-or-treat friendliest

So no need to go spend thousands of dollars on your house's decor ~ or to kill somebody so you have real props. Remember that some trick-or-treaters are experiencing Halloween for the first time, so don't scare them to the point that they become agoraphobic (somebody who lives near me made two little girls cry until they wetted themselves despite everybody telling him to stop and we all wanted to kill him. The girls were no older than 5 or 6...)!

But, a little gore, a few skeletons, a motion sensor prop, a fog machine, you in costume and a creepy sounds CD would do nicely.

No soliciting votes. That's just sad.

Folow the theme or be removed and disqualified.

You can take multiple pictures of your house/apartment/shack/cardboard box etc and enter them under the same entry or you can opt to link a wiki page with the pictures on them. You can be in the picture(s) but it is not required (but I think it's more fun to dress up when you pass out candy), you don't have to be the photographer (ie your husband/daughter/neighbor/lawyer/real estate agent/dog can take the pictures since you can't really prove photographer anyhow).

Deadline is November 2nd!

The photos should be uploaded to ET so we don't get any broken links.

I see no problem with collaborations.
